This interactive, ground-based discovery session introduces certified coaches to the foundational principles of Equine Leadership Coaching. Through structured interaction with horses, participants experience how the horse—an authentic, non-verbal feedback partner—naturally reflects the ICF Core Competencies in real-time.
Coaches will explore presence, trust-building, clarity in communication, adaptability, and team dynamics in a nature-based, embodied learning environment. Horses mirror the coach’s internal state and leadership posture, offering immediate, unbiased feedback that cannot be intellectually bypassed. This creates an accelerated learning experience that strengthens coaching presence, active listening, and emotional awareness.
No horse experience is required. All activities take place on the ground with full professional supervision. This session is offered free of charge as a gateway to potential collaboration for large-scale leadership programs where additional credentialed coaches may be invited to co-facilitate future modules.
