Charly is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), professional facilitator and the co-founder of the Climate Change Coaches. She co-wrote the first book on climate change coaching, a form of coaching she pioneered with her team. She is currently Entrepreneur in Residence at Oxford Brookes University and is a former faculty of their Business School. Charly trained with the Coaches Training Institute and as an Organisational Relationship Systems Coach with CRR Global.

Emily is a health and climate change coach, guiding those who are working on the biggest issues of our time, to regain energy to do the work they love. She is a founding member of the Climate Change Coaches and Programme Lead on their public coaching training programme. Emily comes from a background in social justice, is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and gained her coach certification with Cadence Health International College of Nutrition and Coaching (now Well College Global) in 2018.

Diego is an ICF ACC, Integral Coach® experienced in working across cultures and through transition. Diego’s purpose is to ensure that coaching contributes to the challenging, but fascinating and possible human change necessary to achieve a sustainable future.

Diego has a longstanding corporate career in Public Affairs, with international and cross-functional experience in complex business environments. He is passionate about the planet, sustainability and conservation, and is a Climate Coach and co-founder of the Climate Coaching Alliance in Switzerland. Diego is the current President Elect of ICF Switzerland.
